Author's Notes: Here's another update...one more maybe later and if not later than tomorrow!
Blaine had gotten ready for the bar and was waiting for Annabelle to get here to pick him up. He was on the porch with Kurt and Samson. They had a gate at the steps so that Samson couldn't get off.
“I was thinking we should get the invisible fence for him. We can sit out here with him without a gate and he can roam however he pleases,” Kurt said.
“No...I'd rather just put fencing up around the house,” Blaine replied.
“Why? He could get out...” Kurt said.
“The thing with invisible fencing is the fact that he may not be able to leave the yard but other dogs and animals can enter our yard. If we do just regular fencing then he'll be safer,” Blaine said.
“Touche...I guess fencing would be better. I'll look into some good fencing if you want it,” Kurt said.
“Look into it. Let me know how much you'll need and I'll transfer the money into our account,” Blaine said. When Blaine had left his parents for Kurt his mom had set aside an account for him and put a hundred thousand dollars in it to start them off. They used it to put money down on their house and Kurt's Camry. His mom kept putting money in it for them. His parents never had a prenuptial agreement and he wondered if his mom would walk away with his dad's money.
“Blaine? Annabelle is here...” he heard Kurt say and snapped him out of his thoughts. He looked into the driveway to see Annabelle's car. He got up and kissed Kurt and went down to the car.
“Hey!” she said happily.
“Hi,” he replied. She backed out of the driveway and they drove about twenty minutes and she pulled into the lot of a bar. Annabelle had turned 21 while they were away for the week and they celebrated by taking her to a bar. This was the first time she had been out drinking since then. They got in and made right for the bar.
“Can I have a Martini?” she asked.
“Give me a beer,” Blaine said. They drank silently until Annabelle spoke up.
“Has your father always been like that?” she asked. Blaine winced and sighed.
“Yeah...he would raise his hand to me sometimes if I annoyed him. Especially when I brought Kurt up to him,” he said.
“Does Kurt know?” she asked.
“Yeah...he does,” Blaine said. He looked down at his beer and took another drink. Blaine looked to his left and his jaw dropped. It couldn't be.
“What the hell?” Blaine said. Annabelle looked at him confused and looked over his shoulder.
“What?” she asked. The guy looked over him and smiled and he turned away hoping he wouldn't come over.
“Well, well, well...look what he have here! And with a girl for that matter!” he said. Blaine looked up at him giving him a hard stare.
“Hi Sebastian...” Blaine said. Sebastian hadn't changed all that much.
“She's not my girlfriend either. I'm surprised you don't see it,” Blaine said.
“See what?”
“She's Kurt's sister,” Blaine jumped up. Sebastian's face turned into a grimace and looked down at him.
“He's not here is he?”
“No. He's not,” Blaine said. Another guy soon joined Sebastian.
“This is Dominic...my boyfriend. You have nothing to worry about,” Sebastian said. Blaine nodded and returned to his beer.
“Go away,” Blaine said. Sebastian gave him one last glance and he left them alone. Blaine sighed in relief and looked at Annabelle. She was giving him the most questioning look.
“How do you know him?” she asked. Blaine gawked at her.
“How do you know him?” he replied.
“He's a lawyer that I was interning with...” she said.
“He's a lawyer?” he asked amazed.
“Yep,” she said.
“Is he any good?” he asked wondering how much Sebastian had changed.
“He's amazing. Very good with what he does and he manages to intimidate people very well,” she said. Blaine laughed and looked down.
“He went to Dalton after I left. I met him and he tried breaking me and Kurt up...it didn't work obviously but we had a little time of disagreement but nothing bad,” Blaine said. Annabelle placed a hand on his arm.
“Sorry. I've only known him for a few months and he's been really nice,” she said. Blaine nodded and sighed. He noticed a nasty looking bruise on her arm.
“Ouch...where did that come from?” Blaine said. He put his hand on it and she pulled away.
“I...uh...I was being a klutz getting home last night and took it off the door knob because of my bag I was carrying,” she said. Blaine looked at her and then down at his second beer. That was no bruise from a door knob. He tried to push it out of his mind and enjoy the rest of the night but something was bothering him.
