Author's Notes: One more update...sort of a filler chapter...all of the good stuff starts to happen with the next chapter...
Blaine was packing the last of his clothes into their giant suitcase. He'd bought one big one last year for them to use instead of taking two or more. Kurt didn't like it because he wanted to bring so many things but Blaine convinced him and he gave in. Blaine zippered the bag up. Kurt had gotten all of his stuff somehow in the bag and left enough room for Blaine. He started to the pull the suitcase out into the hallway and down the stairs. Kurt was on the phone by the front door.

“Annabelle...come on. One bag. Me and Blaine got it down to one,” Kurt said.

“Barely...” he muttered. Kurt glared at him and stuck his tongue out at him.

“Very mature,” Blaine said smiling at him. Kurt just smiled and returned his attention to the phone.

“We need to drop Sammy at Dad and Carole's and then we'll come for you and head to the airport,” Kurt said. Blaine sighed and looked down to see Sammy at his feet. He loved the puppy so much and they had bonded well in the past few weeks. He took him for a morning walk and Kurt took him at night. It was easy training Sammy surprisingly. He was smart and knew what he could get away with while with Blaine or Kurt. Blaine spoiled him and he wouldn't deny it.

“You know we're talking about you don't you,” Blaine said kneeling down and rubbing his ears. Sammy barked at him and jumped up on him. Blaine laughed and looked over at Kurt. He noticed the look in Kurt's eyes. It was love, admiration, and something else he couldn't quite place. Blaine sighed and picked up his baby. Kurt said it was an anniversary and wedding gift. Blaine loved it. Sam started licking his chin and he laughed. Kurt hung up his phone and took Sam from him.

“Take the suitcase to the Aspen? I'll get his bag and we can go,” Kurt said. Blaine kissed Kurt's cheek and then Sammy's head and grabbed the suitcase. He took it out to the car and got it into the trunk. Kurt locked up their door and walked over to the Aspen. Kurt's Camry was in the garage until they came back getting fixed by his dad. Kurt put Sammy on the back seat and the bag on the floor. It took them the usual two hours to get to Lima. Blaine pulled into the driveway and got out. He got Sammy and his bag and went up to the front door. Carole opened the door and let him in. Blaine walked in to see Annabelle on the couch.

“I thought we were getting you...” Blaine said.

“Me and Kurt actually decided to just meet here since you were coming,” she said. He shrugged and put Sammy down. Sammy started to look around curiously and Blaine turned to Carole.

“Here's his bag with everything you need for him. He needs daily grooming or you'll be covered in so much fur,” Blaine said.

“Okay, okay. Go! Before you guys miss your flight,” Burt said. Blaine smiled and saw Sammy was still right by him. He knelt down and kissed Sammy's head.

“Sorry buddy. See you in a week. You'll last,” Blaine said petting him all over. Sammy didn't understand and it made Blaine laugh. He grabbed Annabelle's suitcase and carried it to the car. Sammy started to follow him but Carole stopped him. He felt so bad for him but he couldn't go with them. He got to the Aspen and put her bag in the trunk on theirs and heard Sam start barking. He got in the car and saw Kurt laughing at him.

“What?” he asked.

“You look so heart broken over leaving him,” Kurt said.

“I can't help it. He's my baby and he's never been away from us,” Blaine said.

“You're treating him like your kid,” Kurt said. Blaine glared over at him.

“Until we have our own he is my kid,” Blaine said. Kurt looked at him and nodded.

“One day,” Kurt said. Blaine looked back to see Annabelle staring out of the car window.

“You two want kids?” she asked.

“Yeah...of course,” Kurt said. He focused on the road until they got to the airport. He parked the Aspen in the lot and sighed. It had been a while since they had been able to get away and even this time they wouldn't be alone. They got out and got their bags and walked into the terminal. Blaine and Kurt sat side by side waiting for their flight and Annabelle had gone for coffee.

“No more kid talk until we're married?” Blaine asked. He wasn't disappointed in waiting but he just wanted them to get married and be stable before kids came into the picture.

“Yeah. It's better that way but yes, Samson is our kid right now,” Kurt said smiling.

“Yes he is. He's my favorite,” Blaine said. Kurt snickered and laid his head on Blaine's shoulder. Annabelle brought them the coffee and they sat in silence until their flight was boarding. Blaine smiled contently and couldn't wait to start searching for a place to get married and take Kurt to see Wicked.
End Notes: So...what did you think? The next chapter will hopefully be up late tomorrow....it might be sort of long.
